The Commonwealth Fund released a collection of data and discussions designed to help policy-makers, researchers, practitioners and teachers better understand health disparities and develop interventions, AHA News Now reports.
Targeting a broad audience, the chart book includes chapters on population demographics, health status and mortality, access to care, health insurance coverage and care quality, as well as suggested strategies for closing health care gaps.
