Please welcome Keisha Cutler, MPH, to CINCH as our new Assistant Director. Keisha is a native of Hampton Roads, and received her BS in Biology from Norfolk State University and an MPH in Health Education from the University of South Florida. She’s had a myriad of work experience including with the Northeastern NC Partnership for Public Health; YMCA of South Hampton Roads; Sarasota County Health Department; and the University of South Florida’s College of Public Health. Most recently Keisha served as the Regional Health Disparities Coordinator for the regional partnership in NC. There she was responsible for addressing health disparities in the northeast region of NC. She was also a member of the management team that received 1st place honors in April 2008 at the Management Academy for Public Health professionals business development program at UNC Chapel Hill.
We hope that all of you will join us in welcoming Keisha to the CINCH family. She looks forward to meeting each of you and contributing to your efforts to improve the health of children in our region. Keisha will begin her work with CINCH on December 1st. Thank you for the gracious welcome I have received from various CINCH members and staff since accepting this position. As I attempt to absorb the wealth of information I have received so far, I am impressed by what you all have accomplished through the work of the volunteer partners of CINCH. I look forward to working together with you to positively impact the health of children in Hampton Roads.
